There are numerous real estate agencies in Madrid competing for properties and clients. Real Home Madrid is a real estate agency specializing in rental properties in the center of Madrid. When we established the monthly social media management, one of the goals was to distinguish Real Home Madrid by its expertise and outstanding client satisfaction. In our posts, we wanted to inform the community of real estate trends, how to protect their investment, and opportunities to save money through their property. Along with the weekly posts, we started a monthly newsletter, where we touched base with their clients with news of the agency and highlighting properties available. Since Real Home Madrid is a local agency, we wanted to build up their Google reputation by asking satisfied clients for reviews. We implemented a process to follow up with clients after they closed on their property, where clients would be asked to leave a Google Review and sign up for the monthly newsletter.
From the strategies and paid campaigns, Real Home Madrid saw a 31% increase in phone calls from Google Maps as well as a 42% increase in website traffic from the numerous outstanding reviews posted in Google. Most importantly, they have received more than 200+ Google reviews highlighting their continued great service for their clients.
